Travel Policies
FEES
Susan’s Custom Tours & Travel is fee based. As we all know time is precious.
Fees are based on the total cost of your trip.
The fees range between 10-20% on average per person.
A search fee of $100 will be paid initially and will be deducted from the final total.
A deposit of 50% is required once the trip is agreed with the client, the remainder will be due 65 days prior to departure.
Cancellation fees will be determined depending on the type of trip and will be discussed prior to deposit.
CANCELLATIONS
Trip cancellation insurance is required for all trips.
Cancellation insurance can be reserved with SCT&T or you can purchase your own (proof of purchase required).
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
If paying with a credit card you will be given a credit card authorization form to fill out at the time of your travel booking.
